Cancellations 
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order. 

Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any wigs purchased. To maintain the safety and quality of our products, each wig is placed inside a branded VIRSIRE pouch and then sealed in protective packaging. This sealed pouch is then placed inside a separate mailing bag for delivery purposes.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the sealed product packaging remains unopened. Opening the mailing bag does not affect your return eligibility, but once the sealed pouch inside has been opened or tampered with, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are final once the sealed product packaging is opened.

Bundles are non-refundable, due to the fact they are customised based on whether you prefer single or double wefting. This also includes any wigs that have been made to order using our wig construction service.

However, in the rare circumstance, that your wig is damaged or you have been sent the wrong wig or bundles, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tag attached, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at virsire@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
